Review
First off as I wrote at the beginning of this hub "I was sent a free copy of Doctor Who: Big Bang Generation by Gary Russell in exchange only for my honest and unbiased review of Doctor Who: Big Bang Generation by Gary Russell."
As many of you know I am a Doctor Who fan; I tend to prefer Doctors Nine, Ten, and Eleven, but Twelve is quickly growing on me since the Magician's Apprentice episode. Don't worry I won't spoil it for you in case you have not seen it yet. I was excited to read this book since I have been growing the like the new Doctor though I still miss the younger versions of him.

After reading Doctor Who: Big Bang Generation by Gary Russell I found myself left with a feeling of utter confusion. Doctor Who: Big Bang Generation by Gary Russell did not really make much sense with how the characters were jumping all over time streams. In fact my favorite part of the whole book was learning that Clara created an app for the doctor that allowed him to locate his sonic screwdriver and deactivate it on command as needed. Speaking of Clara I feel that she was the element of order that this book was sorely lacking. Normally the companion provides a steadiness and consistency to the book, but this one lacked that. I just did not feel like Keri lived up to it. I truly feel that this book would have been so much better if Clara had been involved in it.
All in all I wish that I had chosen a different book for review for a Doctor Who book this book fell rather flat. Unless you are ready to keep up with a truly confusing story line that zig-zags, bounces and flips then you will want to give this book a miss.
